RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges – No exceptions.
UNDZ will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of the order reception date. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
UNDZ will pay delivery charges for a return if the goods are received damaged or if there was an error in the order (eg if you receive the wrong item or wrong size). In all other cases, the Customer is fully responsible for the delivery charges for the return of the product.
It is your responsibility to provide the exact delivery address. If an order is shipped to the wrong address or to an invalid address then returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be charge to re-ship your order.
